May 12 Breakfast Cookie Bake!

Mr. S please take attendance as emailed.

Please hand out recipe duo-tangs (at least one per lab group) - located on top of the black filing cabinet - clear bin.

 3 Ingredient Breakfast Cookie 


Lab Group Assignments - 

Head Chef - you know who you are (or should)

Prep Cooks x 2

Dishwasher - reminder - take out drying rack - use bottom tray bit - put lip over the sink so water can drain into the sink.

IMPORTANT!!!! 

  • Only 1 group member to teacher station to pick up your lab group bin - with aprons, cloths, additional product items.
  • One member of your group to get your recipe duo tang for reference. * Head Chef.
  • Max 1/2 cup of choco chips! 
  • DO NOT EAT MIX WHILE PREPPING.
  • Let mix sit for 10 min before forming into cookies - remember small to medium cookies or your cookies will take TOO long to bake. Also smoosh them down a bit (so they are not too high) as they will not spread out when baking. 
  • Careful with oven pls! You can use lower rack so things bake faster - however - keep an eye on things! Use your oven light! 
  • At the end of the lab all group members to assist with final clean up, final sanitization of counters and sweeping of your area. 
  • WIPE AND SPRAY CLEAN the faucet.
  • Sink plugs to go to the top of the sink to dry.
  • All used aprons and dishtowels to the front laundry hamper for washing
  • PUT EVERYTHING BACK WHERE YOU FOUND IT!!!!! MEASURING DEVICES BACK TO THE DRY GOODS AREA!!!!! DRY YOUR DRYING RACKS WHEN YOU PUT THEM BACK UNDER THE SINK PLEASE!
